Bandits are fairly common, especially in the outskirts and less civilized areas of Bruhm. Some bandit groups can reach quite formidabble sizes by swallowing smaller bandit groups and hiring deserters and other banished people. They can even have their own societies and even do trade, of mostly illegal wares, on a large scale.
